the S10 has been out for a while now, but there is still no way of connecting it to Home Assistant without a SwitchBot Hub. It would be great to see functionality, bringing the S10 on par with other SwitchBot products like the Bots and the Lock for example.

It should be possible to add support via cloud with the switchbot_cloud integration. I know it is not local, but it will make it possible to control the vacuum without a hub.
I’ve tested it a bit and the API lists the device, but the current version of the integration (2024.10) does not support the S10 vacuum. It looks quite easy to add basic S10 vacuum support for this integration by adding the device to the vacuum type list (this list: switchbot_cloud/init.py#L94) but we will be missing the mopping features and water station battery level etc.
