Switches lag when using services

Since about 2 weeks, all of my switches do lag up to more than 60s when actuated over lovelace-buttons or automations as well as when I use Developer-Tools->Services. As soon as I use Developer-Tools->Entities to change states, switches do react immediately.

I can’t remember to have changed any of my scrips and automations. For I can switch using entities, there can’t be a local network problem outside my HA configuration.
Have setup my whole HA new on Odroid including flashing the HA_operating system, but no result.

Have HA 2023.3.3 on Odroid N2+

Someone experienced the same behaviour?

Have meanwhile found the reason:
It was a hanging network relay which caused an overall delay on all outputs.

May be this helps someone.
