I’ve seen the agile add-in for HA, but am wondering whether I can use it to switch my 30A Aga.
Originally it ran on Economy 7 and got a 2A pulse to an internal relay to switch the 30A to the heating elements for about 6 hours. I don’t know how it works with a modern smart meter - I know they have a set E7 tariff time but am not sure how the Aga is triggered.
Does anyone know of a way to emulate that pulse so that I can use HA to calculate the optimal period of charging based on the agile tariff and then send the signal. I can calculate the best window, but need to trigger the Aga.
