Switching from Hubitat to Home Assistant

I am looking at switching from Hubitat to Home Assistant. I am running HA as a vm in proxmox with the USB dongles ported through to the vm. I started off purchasing the HUSBZB-1. It works fine with a zigbee device, but the zwave device I added would allow me to control it one time before HA would say the device status was dead. So, I purchased the Zooz 800 LR and plugged it in. HA does not find it, I have the usb device ported in proxmox. If I ssh into HA and run lsusb, I see both of the devices, but HA does not put it where I can use it to add plugs and switches like the HUSBZB-1.

Try excluding the device first.

How can you exclude the radio? Im not trying to disconnect a plug or switch, but the actual USB radio.

Under the all hardware, I can see the Zooz 800 stick, but under the Z-Wave JS, it only shows the Z-wave radion from the HUSBZB-1

HA only supports discovering a very limited set of USB Z-Wave controllers. You will need to manually install the integration and select the Zooz device from the list it presents.

Or, if you are installing Z-Wave JS UI, you can copy and paste the /dev/serial/by-id path into the USB device path setting.

I ended up deleting the Z-Wave JS and reinstalling. When I reinstalled, it allowed me to select which radio to use.
