I am not great with electrical matters, so please bear with the question….
I have two outside lights fed from a junction box which runs back to a 240v mains supply. There are no switches on the wiring, being controlled by a 3.5A Rako RDS800 Switching Unit.
What I want to do, is remove the Rako unit and replace with a Home Assistant compatible WiFi unit, so I can automate the lights without using Rako,
Before I ask an electrician for a quote, I need to know what I am going to get him to install.
I am thinking a Shelly, but which one ?
