Symfonisk v2

Hello,

I’ve bought some new SYMFONISK wifi speakers but the box says V2 and when i want to integrate then with the Sonos integration it wil not work.

When i search the logs i found this:

Failed to request visible zones from 192.168.xx.xxx: HTTPConnectionPool(host=‘192.168.xx.xxx’, port=1400): Max retries exceeded with url: /xml/ZoneGroupTopology1.xml (Caused by ConnectTimeoutError(<urllib3.connection.HTTPConnection object at 0x629a2df0>, ‘Connection to 192.168.xx.xxx timed out. (connect timeout=10)’))

(with xxx the ip adres)

can somebody tell whats wrong? and what it means?

Hi, I have the same situation. If I check with my computer I can reach the webpage of the Symfonisk.

Do you have Sonos and HA on the same network?

@WilliamH in my case was a configuration on the firewall that was not right. Now it works fine.

You can try this steps:

  1. check in in the diagnostics (3 dots on the integrations card) if all you Sonos are discovered
  2. try to install SoCo on you computer (its the base library that use HA to control Sonos) and control you Sonos speaker from there
