Synology NAS integration IP change

Hello,

I would like to change the IP address of my Synology NAS within the integrations page.
I already tried to remove the Synology NAS, however it returns after a restart. How can I completely remove the device from the integrations?
Thanks in advance!

Did you try:
Remove the integration
Restart
Add the integration again.

Yes, as I already said.
I removed the integration
Restarted
And it returns without adding it…

So the removal doesn’t work… How can I fix this?

You said you removed the NAS, not the integration, that’s why I asked.

Check configuration.yaml and search for “synology_dsm”, if you configured it there you need to remove it as well, otherwise it will always take the config from there.

I see, I’m sorry!
Nope, it is not in configuration.yaml…
So I can’t figure out why it keeps coming back after restarting. Is it possible to change the IP address somewhere else?

Hmm, that’s strange. Does the integration reappear on the integration page or just the entities for the nas?
When it automatically adds the NAS, do you see any values for the entities or are they unavailable/unknown?

The integration reappears at the integration page. When I click on the entities in the integration page all show as not available, but that is correct as the ip address is the wrong one which I would like to change.
Does anybody know how to fix this?

That’s strange, I don’t see this behaviour here.
What about deleting the integration but instead of restarting try to add it again with the new IP etc. and then restart.
