for whoever is interested I came out with this issue:
not sure if anyone else find this use case interesting.
On my side, following latest Synology SRM integration improvement (lot of additional information per every device connected), I would find fixing above issue could make such that it would be very easy to create a “full” network status panel in HA retrieving information from Synology SRM
