System is not healthy? Unable to restore backup

yesterday my RING alarm devices are not recognized and several other devices were not recognized (such as my iphone tracker). I recently configured ALARMO, but overall my system has been very stable for over a year now. In repair screen, I saw Mosquitto broker had issues and I tried unstalling/reinstalling mosquito broker, and get this error:

‘AddonManager.install’ blocked from execution, system is not healthy

Next I tried rolling back to a previous backup. I select any backup version and nothing happens after I confirm I want to restore. I’m no expert in this, I have HomeAssistant Blue. I’ve done quite a bit of searching and seems like most people just rollback to a previous backup, but that isn’t working for me. Thanks in advance for any help!

Wow! thank you Sir! I was very frustrated and had restarted several times through settings, but using CLI did the trick. Many many thank you’s!!
