I cam home today to find that the SSL cert had expired on my home assistant instance. After some back and forth I managed to get in, disable SSL and set the URL to port 80.
[EDIT: I edited the nginx file to take out the pen etc key routes and then managed to get in via 8123)
However, my system is not squealing with errors and I cant resolve them;
I had some repairs needed, but no option to repair (I selected ignore to get rid of them as I couldn’t do anything).
There I sa Core Update - Fails due to system unhealthy status.
My Add-ons are all broke, and I am unable to install, update, see changes or anything to it.
I am flummoxed as to what to do?
System Error:
Failed to perform the action update/install. Error updating Home Assistant Core: ‘HomeAssistantCore.update’ blocked from execution, system is not healthy - setup
Logs Show Nothing of use.
Every Add on shows the same text when I select documentation:
Addon core_[NAME] with version latest does not exist in the store.
Studio code has the following in the log file but I am flummoxed as to how disabling the NGINX has killed everything?!

I cant recover from backups, as they state the system is unhealthy…
Nothing shows in Repairs.
Im very confused
