SZ-SRN12N could not connect with Zigbee2MQTT

Hey there! I am using Zigbee2MQTT with Sonoff Zigbee Dongle-E. I have multiple Zigbee devices under this coordinator and everything went well. I am running my HA under VM.

I have bought the SZ-SRN12N Sirene, since it is listed on the list of supported device in Zigbee2MQTT. The device is somehow detected for a couple seconds until it left the network. I have tried to reconnect it multiple times but got the same issue. I have tried to restart the zigbee2mqtt but it doesn’t help as well.

Does anyone have the same issue? I would really appreciate if someone can guide me through.

i already got the same siren , i faced same your problem and it was fixed by reset the siren , remove from electric and press and hold on siren button while plug it again for 5 seconds almost till you see the siren to blink , then release the button , i got different issue that zigbee2mqtt dont show entities for this device , while test at zha i see many option for same device

@hudaswanditya @tammeryousef Hi

I am having the same problem as you
I have an SZ-SRN12N siren and I cannot get it to work on the automatic link (MQTT) between Zigbee2MQTT and Home Assistant
I do not know how to do.
Did you get there?

i got the same results as you , i guess the maker of zigbee to mqtt didnt expose entity like other devices , to get it working you need to use services commands and topics which is painful to use and not easy
