Table like clickable PNGs to publish MQTT

i am looking for a UI control (to be able to hold clickable pictures (like buttons) to run MQTT commands ordered in a table like structure (straight alignments) with rows and columns. i tried searching something like this and couldn’t find it - is there a known customized solution for this?

Entity buttons using the horizontal and vertical stack options?

the problem is that entity button only supports predefined icons and i want to use my own png icons

Maybe a more custom option then?

working with predefined icon only i see…
