TADO - Implement ability to set window open

@michaelarnauts Would it be possible to integrate the API function to set open window in TADO?
As the winter comes, it would increase our savings in heating.

This would help for those using open window sensors.

I see the pyTado has functions like setOpenWindow, resetOpenWindow, getWindowState already.
