I have a new Tado X setup, with a Wireless Receiver X, a few Smart Thermostats, and a few Smart Radiator Thermostat. Three of the devices placed further away from the main tado controller fall off the network frequently. I have four Eero Pro 6 routers around the house (all wired), and want the Tado X devices to use the eero thread network.
In Home Assistant, four thread networks are shown (see above), as well as an amazon border network (from an amazon echo show 15). However, in the matter server (beta) mesh view, only the Tado devices show, the eeros do not show, and two of the Tados show offline.
I have tried resetting and connecting the tados first via the HA app, first via the tado app, AND first via the alexa app, but consistently the Tados are dropping off the network.
The Tado support team forced an update to firmware version 280 or 287 on all the devices, but then have gone quiet despite the devices regularly still falling off the network.
Has anyone been successful connecting Tado and Eero in this way?
