I installed Tailscale on my Phone and added the Tailscale integration to my Home Assistant Installation with success. On the Tailscale Web Login I can only see my Smarthome (not my Home Assistant device like on different web instructions I read about Tailscale). How can I connect now remotely from my Smartphone to my Home Assistant device?
