Is it safe to “take control” of the default dashboard?
I just got the Arlo integration up and running, but it put a bunch of stuff on my default dashboard. I know it’s supposed to do that by default, but I would like to move those devices to a separate dashboard for the cameras only.
How do you imagine it would be “unsafe”?
Yeah, there’s no issue taking control of it, it just won’t auto-populate anymore. You can always create a new dashboard and have it auto-populate if you decide you want that back (I’ve never seen th use for it though).
I don’t really like to ‘imagine’ with things I don’t know about. Life experience tells me to ask for help to be sure I don’t shoot myself in the foot and then find out some things can’t be undone.

You will probably shoot yourself in the foot, but you will learn to patch the wound and then alter your foot, so it is superior in so many ways that you can’t even imagine it at this point.
