Talking to Assist from a (remote) command line?

Is there a way that I can install some command line utility on (e.g.) my laptop or linux machine, etc… which would let me type things like “Turn off the wozmlmo switch” as if I was talking to “Assist” on my phone?

Or, alternatively, is there an option to open a tcp port on my home assistant device that I can use netcat to write to?

Or something along these lines?

The key points are “Send arbitrary commands” and “from a remote machine on my network”.
Anything like that?

I’ve tried looking through documentation and stuff, but I have not found anything close.
