Tamota Switch Device no more working after Update

Had recently updatet my Home Assistant.
Since then my Tomota Switch ist no more working. That means ist works fine from its one website, but
no more from Home Assistant. The card still exists but says device unavailable. I delete the card and tryed to rediscover the device no success. Mosquitto works as other own devices working via MQTT are running fine. I use the HA build in MQTT. The actual running version are shown below
