Tapo Bulb Integration

OK Im trying to set up tapo bulbs to work with HA, I have seen a folder I need to copy (tapo_p100_control) and place in custom_components folder. Where is this folder on HA?
I have Samba installed, and access my HA folders through my windows machine, and can see the folders on my network, and can access them. But unable to see the custom_components folder?

New to HA - but I think you need to create the new folder “custom_components” within the config folder
