Hi, I got my Tapo C210 setup and can see the live-stream, turn on and off the alarm, toggle tracking, the flashlight and other functions. only the movements (left, right, up, down) as well as moving to presets does not work any more (it used to work before). The buttons are greyed out in the app, why?
