TAPO T100 Motion Detection Sensor Config Detect Time

Hi,
I try to use tapo t100 with H200 Hub trriger ,
And My tapo app is set 12s to detect once,
But The Detected to Cleared status update need 1 minute.

tp-link smart home and Matter have same problem on HA.
How can I config detect update time on homeassistnt?

This is funny, there must be a bug in Tapo bridges…

I’ve checked with my T100 + H100 in Matter, using another platform but that’s not relevant. The Matter report sent from the bridged sensor to change the Occupancy Bitmap from 1 (motion) to 0 (no motion) happens exactly after 10 seconds, completely ignoring the time set in the Tapo app - I had it set to 40 seconds and changed the value again for another test.

I don’t have the H200 though, maybe you can look at the Matter Server logs in HA to see if the change in occupancy is received after 10 seconds or after 1 minute. HA should change the state when it receives the report.

It looks like, at least in H100, the no motion event is sent always after 10 seconds, even if you’re moving in front of it… Maybe try to reduce the time in the app to less than 10 seconds and see what happens.
