Tasmoadmin question

When I run TasmoAdmin, it can’t “find” several of my devices running Tasmota. They are listed, but the IP addresses are simply wrong. The devices work just fine from Home Assistant, but the IP addresses either don’t exist or don’t have a port 80 server. These IP addresses may have been correct at one time, but they are all on DHCP and do change. (I did have to reset and restart my router last week, so all of the DHCP addresses changed).

I can do an “add device” one at a time, but is there any way to get TasmoAdmin to rescan my net for Tasmota devices?

Delete the wrong ones and rescan. Also reserve the IP addresses so they don’t change. (Devices-> Autoscan.) FWIW, I’ve found autoscan is a bit hit and miss.

Thanks for the tip. I don’t like to use static IP if it’s not necessary such as my MQTT broker and Node-Red Pi’s. It wouldn’t have mattered anyway because when I did the factory reset of my router, it forgot all of my static IP assignments.

Well tasmoadmin is locked to the IP address so it’s necessary if you want to use it.
