Tasmota Controls Missing

Hello. I’ve looked through a lot of threads but can’t seem to find anyone having the same issue I am, at least not that I recognized. I have two devices I have flashed with tasmota and the integration successfully discovered them and all features work except for controls are missing:

This one for example is a sonoff S31 and all the power data works, but no controls are available to toggle power. All the screenshots I see show a toggle right above the sensors block but mine doesn’t have that.

I suspect there is a simple fix but I can’t seem to find it. Any help is greatly appreciated.

If you click on the “visit” link, I assume there’s a toggle button there?

Are you using the Tasmota integration, or is this part of something else?

I am using the integration. When I visit I do see the toggle. I’ve done this with a basic and an s31 and both pull in diagnostics, s31 pulls in sensors, but neither have controls available within HA.

I’ve been using the Tasmoadmin add-on to manage my devices. There’s a lot of diagnostics there which might help.

I figured it out. I had it set up with a custom MQTT topic. Turns out if you don’t have %prefix% in the full topic everything will work but you won’t get a control upon discovery. Added %prefix% and it worked just fine.

I’ll check out tasmoadmin too. Thanks.

I have the same problem as described here. However, I do have prefix and topic set to be part of my “full topic”. I still do not get any controls from my Tasmota devices (multiple devices affected). Sensors and Diagnostic seem to mostly work fine – just not sign of ANY controls.

I got the same problem now - they are with A1T but not A1 devices from Nous, and also with the A6T device (new released outdoor socket). Did somesone solve the problem?

Also, a full topic to either a name nor a variable %prefix% did not make any difference.

Same problem two Sonoff Basics.
First has a DS1820 on GPIO14 with 12.4 firmware - both the switch and the temp show up.
Second has standard - nothing on GPIO’s but has 14.5 firmware.
No controls show up.
Both have MQTT configured identically.
The second also has timers 1 and 2 enabled.

Hi, I flashed today a Wemos D1 Mini with Tasmota 14.6.0
It works with my Alexa intergration and I see the Diagnose informations, MQTT ist working but still no power button/slider/toggle in web ui. I use the default mqtt topics and tasmota since years. but now I have no more clue. Any Hints to get it back to work ?
