Tasmota devices using MQTT & Mosquitto broker intermittently have attributes with 'Unknown' state

I have recently set up MQTT using the addon and Mosquitto using the integration and have added some Tasmota plugs (Athom). They mostly show the correct state in the Home Assistant UI but every couple of minutes or so the entity attributes state will be ‘Unknown’ for a short period before showing the correct state again.

Does anyone know what the issue might be here?
