Tasmota dimmable switch

To be honest I postet this in another forum (tasmotagroup) as well. But I’d like to reach more people with my question to hopefully find someone who did this before. Or at least find some support. So here is my posting:

I already have a Sonoff Touch lightswitch and I flashed tasmota on it. All works great and it is connected via mqtt to home assistant.

The thing is that I miss to dimm my lights connected to that switch.

I found out that there is a new switch (that mostly looks the same like the sonoff touch but another brand) that is able to dimm lights.

  1. So I was asking myself if someone did already try to flash one of those devices (they also are build with an esp8266).

  2. Does the esp8266 have pwm pins?

  3. Does tasmota support a dimmable output (not only on and off)?

This is the dimmable device I found. However there is another one that shows three touchpanel (on/off, +, -)

Thanks for any help

It seems like I already found the solution here

Nice find, if you’re in the US. God damn different wall panel standards.

Scroll down a little in the above mentioned link, there is also an eu version.
