Tasmota fails to setup ( new install)

I am trying to setup a new instance HA and am trying to add Tasmota integration
and I get a Tasmota fais to setup error. I have reinstalled HA twice but get the same error.
Any ideas

Did you install a MQTT broker ? And the MQTT integration ?

no. do i need to do that first?

Tasmota totally depends on working MQTT.
