Tasmota Module Parameters for Sonoff Mini

Hi,

Just flashed a Sonoff Mini using the DIY mode according to the guide by DrZzs. MQTT configured and connected to HA. Everything is fine, except the switch is not turning on when S1 and S2 are connected. The problem is Tasmota Module Configuration. Everything is None. See picture

I tried Switch(9) but doesn’t seem to be working. Is anybody willing to share working parameters?
Thanks in advance.

GPIO4 is the built in switch.

Thanks. So what parameter should I choose there? I tried Switch(9) which is selected in previous Sonoff’s (which works fine), but it does not seem to work!

That’s odd…I have used Switch1 (9) on a couple I have flashed and works fine?
Did you view the console to check whats going on?

Console doesn’t show anything abnormal. BTW, do we have to remove the jumper after flashing?

Yes…It will stay in flashing mode while that is fitted.

Oops. Maybe That’s the reason. So, once flashing is done, you take it out?

In the console once Switch1 is configured you should see a status for it
:
12:19:45 MQT: tele/sonoff33/SENSOR = {"Time":"2019-11-26T12:19:45","Switch1":"OFF","Switch5":"OFF"}

I see this

03:20:48 MQT: tele/sonoff7/SENSOR = {"Time":"2019-11-26T03:20:48","Switch1":"ON"}

But this is when the it is actually off. So I don’t think it is right.

@wellsy So do you have Switch(9) in Sonoff Minis? Or in regular Sonoffs?

You can configure Switch1 (9) in a sonoff mini yes…I have.

Do you have the switch actually connected atm?
Is the switch in the closed position or open?

Thanks. Can you share a screenshot if you don’t mind. Is GPIO14 is the only thing configured? Why does both my Mini’s have the same problem?

Yes. I do have a switch. Tried both open and closed. With software on/off and push button on/off. Switch position has no effect on the function!

GPIO4…not GPIO14
GPIO14 is the one most often used on sonoff basic

That worked. Thank you very much!

Well it would…easy mistake glad you are in business now!

Hi, I have an issue that my Sonoff Mini start switching insanely for about two seconds when I switch it off by the mechanical switch. It does not happening when I am switching it using HA. Have anybody else experienced the same? I tried to play with the GPIO association but not change.
