Tastmota to Home Assistant - not Hass.io

I’ve bought and flashed some sonoff’s with Tasmota to connect to Home Assistant.
I found a tutorial that I have to install MQTT broker which is available on Hass.io.

Is it possible to install this broker on HA? If not there is a way to connect this Tasmota switches?

My HA installation is a docker version on Synology NAS

Just install eclipse-mosquito in a docker container and use that as your broker.

As @finity already mentioned, run your own broker.

Then add that broker to Home Assistant.
