I own the Teckin SL08 LED Stripe.
Is has a “Beken” chip which is not compatible to tasmota.
The Smart Life app can control it without having a cloud connection or at least without an account.
Is there any way to integrate this device into HA without using the tuya cloud?
Have you checked localtuya custom integration? It had worked to some extent for me for couple of rgb strips.

Thanks for the hint.
First problem is that after the installation of localtuya, it does not appear in integrations.
Second problem is that I am not able to retrieve the data I need from the tuya api.

it all worked fine now!
First one should be resolved, second one requires a bit more practice and you will eventually get it.

I can switch it on and off but no colour selection
