Telegram error

Hi folks,

I am having issues with telegram notifications. Telegram was working fine but I have since enabled zwave and got that working on my hassbian install but telegram is now giving me the following error code. (I have join, pushbullet and telstra setup and still working). If anyone has any ideas on how to get it working again it would be appreciated.
