Telegram send_video Aspect ratio / distored image format

All,

on Motion I download the Ring video by url.
When I send this by telegram it does not show the right aspect ratio (square instead of 16:9.).
Playing it on my PC the video is correct, so obviously it’s related to Telegram.

Anyone, who fixed this already (I assume it’s a common use case).
