Temperature and humidity sensors for terrarium

I have a snake terrarium and want to get hydro and temp sensors using zigbee preferably. I will be able to do zwave also if need. What does everyone use?

If it were me, I’d use an ESPHome device: Wemos D1 Mini with an SHTC3 temperature and humidity sensor.

Thank you for that. That may be a little more technical than I’m capable of ATM. Is there anything more RTU out of the box? I’m a total noob.
