Hi
Does anyone know of any good temperature monitors that have probes? I am not sure if the govee bluetooth stuff works in HA easily, and I am looking for something to monitor 2 channels (its to measure in/out temperature from my boiler). it doesnt need to have a screen but I need to get it into HA easily.
Any ideas?

If you’re handy, maybe ESPHome and a few Dallas sensors? I use this to watch my HVAC / Air Conditioning coil performance. (Watch intake and exhaust temperature delta)
Any instructions on this?
I’ve been looking for the same thing for some time now (to replace/supplement an AZEL DS-60P Digital Temperature Gauge) as I measure the inflow and outflow of my heat source/radiant heating loops. The best I’ve found so far in my search is from Yolink (Environmental), but I have yet to purchase and try.
I am using Dallas (DS18B20) sensors connected to a Fibaro Smart Implant (Z-wave) to do exactly this. Boiler in, boiler out, hot water cylinder and local temperature. I also have a Fibaro Universal Binary Sensor working in the same way on my Koi pond.
ESP/RP2040 of choice + DS18B20 probes of choice + ESPHome = 
Depending on the mechanics of your boiler you might look for pre-made threads and get yourself some ready made dallas probes that fit directly 
Also if you like things smart you eventually want to drop one more relay into the setup so you can have a fully fletched thermostat on your esp 
I also see that Shelly has a Temperature Sensor AddOn for some of their Relay unit, and since some of these relays can also measure power use, which is another component I’m looking to add, I may go this route.
