Temperature sensor and board recommendation

Hi,

I want to add a few temperature sensors to our heat pump (taped to the water pipes).

I’ve done a lot of research and the ds18b20 temperature sensor seems like a good option.

What would be the easiest way to get a few (probably four) of those sensors into home assistant?

I would prefer to use batteries, but there is a mains outlet nearby if battery is not a good option.

Home assistant is running in a docker container and I have a Conbee zigbee usb and use deconz. There’s also good wifi reception but no Ethernet (close to the heat pump).

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Have you found anything out? I am also looking for a solution that lets me put 4-6 temperature sensors to monitor a central wood boiler system.
