Hi Everyone,
New to home assistant.
I’ve setup home assistant ( v 0.114) on my pi4 4gb 64 bit device and successfully setup my Z-wave network with my Zooz-stick. I’ve added a few devices to the network including my z-wave Honeywell thermostat.
I’m experiencing a bug that when I set the temperature to anything via the thermostat card only with a half degree increment ie 26.5 C, or 25.5 C, with the setting below what the current temperature is showing, on cool, it auto-sets the temperature to 10 C first on the thermostat then on the UI (sometimes I need to refresh the page to see the UI changes). It doesn’t do this when setting the temperature to any round whole number or if the setting is greater than the current temperature.
So when it needs to trigger to turn on the a/c, because it is set to a lower setting that the current temperature and it’s set at a 0.5 degree increment the temperature will auto-set to 10 C (the lowest possible setting)
There is no issue if the temperature is set on the thermostat itself, the UI reflects the correct temperature at any increment.
I’m thinking that somehow there is a conversion bug happening. I’d be happy to help investigate if someone can give some direction to where I should start looking.
