I do not see the difference of this and a input_boolean.
Please enlighten me
Input_boolean has an on/off functionality.
You can have several listed, but every IB will have an on/off button. You can select on or off for every IB.
Every IB can be turned off at the same time, or on at the same time.
A radiobutton list, gives the user just on option of a list. - Like a drop down list, but rendered as a list with one button for every list item. And you can only select one.
UPDATED original issue with picture of a list base of IB.
Argh…for f### sake. Is this it?
I can’t try it out for a couple off days due to traveling. I’ll always thought this was a drop down list functionality(?)
Yes that is a dropdown list where you can select 1 item.
exactly the same as:
Only differense is the you do not have a button, that is not needed if you only can select one item
Nope. Turns out the input_select is a dropdown list as I expected.
So my original post is still valid.
Hi,
I also miss this feature. input select is one touch too much. The array of input booleans is a workaround, but not nice.
