using templates is fun and quite effective - it enables to build [semi]universal automations/scripts for multiuse.
as much as I’d love to see templates everywhere, right now - it would be nice to see template support in MQTT Update’s payload_install configuration variable. sending a topic to start update installation is good, but sending a topic with pre-filled version number would be better & convenient in some scenarios.
