Temporarily disable device in ESPHome

i would really like to see that we can temporarily disable esphome files (yaml) compile. so that, for example, my loose plugs for Christmas do not give an error message in the log files.

Can’t you just disable it in the esphome integration ?

Yes you can. It’s what I do for my Xmas lights controller.
