The ADB add-on is missing

Hello,

I tried to install the ADB - Android Debugging Bridge add-on but I can’t find it anywhere on the add-ons store. As you can see in the screenshot below it is not appearing where it suppose to.

Hi,
When I try adding the repo, it says that it’s Invalid!!
