The first candidate for the next enhancement is executing commands directly from plain input. For example, for LAN mode, it could be: "set_ps", ["cfg_lan_ctrl", "1"]. Let me know if this feature is needed or if you have any other ideas!
Hi, I can connect to the light and see the LAN mode is set to off, but if I try set it to on it just turns back off immediately. My light is identified as a yeelink.light.ceil43.
I’ve also tried to do this with the miiocli Linux tool but that also errors when trying to set the LAN mode / developer mode to on even though I can send commands to the light from it.
Do you think the manufacturer has permanently disabled the ability to use this setting? If so I’ll not be happy as this was an expensive light that looked like it would be HA compatible when I bought it.
Hi
I’ve installed the tool on my Windows laptop and it says “Login step 2 failed: No ‘ssecurity’ in response” uplon login attempt.
I’m connected on the German server and I confirm I can log in with my smartphone and the native Yeelight app.
Any idea ?
thanks !
I installed your app, followed the instructions, I tried a few servers, but no matter what server I try, I get:
2FA failed: ‘identity_session’ cookie not found in the response
Am I doing something wrong?
Thank you for putting this together, I could enable LAN mode for only 1 of the 4 Yeelight devices I have using the Yeelight classic app, using this I had no issues enabling LAN mode for all 4 (German server)!
