The same NFC tag keeps generating a new tag

It does not matter how i add the tag, once it is defined it will always generate a new tag after a couple of times scanning:

The tags with the hash are the same tags as the ones with human readable names.

I’ve tried to add the tag in multiple ways. Using the “Add Tag” button in the tags screen and then writing it to the tag or using the companion app tag screen.

I’m using the hardware (scanner and tags) from: GitHub - adonno/tagreader: Simple to build/use NFC tag reader, specially created for Home Assistant

Does anyone have any idea as to why these tags are generated after a couple of times of reading?

I found the problem. After writing the tags with my iphone they start to act weird. Since i can just read them with the dedicated scanner it will just create the tag automatically and there are no issues.
