I started with HA because I wanted a good way to track and display my solar panels and usage. At first, I just wanted maybe a tablet on the wall and I was gonna just run the Enphase app, but that was less than cool. Then I kept researching and it inevitably lead me here!
I started because my wife wanted a security system but I didn’t want to pay for ADT and simply safe self monitoring seemed overpriced.
