Theremostat _TZE200_c88teujp always "heating", even when valve is closed!

I have successfully paired a _TZE200_c88teujp thermostat as a zigbee device (no zigbee2mqtt). It exposes a thermostat, a temperature measurement and a battery. It’s enough to work on it!
I have installed it onto a dismounted valve, so I can see it opening and closing the gate … it does its job.

I am annoyed by the fact that it is always reporting it’s “heating”, it never reports that is currently not heating, even when it has the gate closed. Is that a bug or a feature I do not understand?

Hi I have 3 of these and Heat is the mode that you have set not a report on what its doing.

May I ask where you purchased it from?
I need one more but looks like its been discontinued.

u have to deactivate the own/internal autom. - press the button twice so the clock icon not shown on the thermo.

“problem” - all show battery_level on 100% after 1 year.
today two starting not to change temp . after replace battery they works normal again!
so i guess “battery_level” are not shown correct!

i found indentical in (online) shops “hama thermostat smart home”.

Can you explain what you mean with “press the button twice”?

My device is _TZE200_c88teujp too but it look like this:

It had just one button.
