Howdy. I’m relatively new to HA, so apologies if this has been addressed. I didn’t find anything applicable in Community Search.
My HA instance is communicating correctly with my Honeywell thermostat using the generic Tile card, but if I use the Thermostat card the thermostat does not respond to changes. And changes made at the 'stat are not reflected in the Thermostat card. Is this a known issue?
FYI, my Honeywell stat is communicating correctly with my Smartthings hub which is running in parallel with HA and has been operating correctly for years.
Just curious as to why one card would work correctly while the appropriate card does not. TIA!
