I’m wondering since I sometimes see thermostat cards with an icon for a schelduler:
However, mine look like this (Fritz DECT 302):
Is there any way to aktivate this or does it need to be provided by the hardware?

That icon is actually auto mode which generally would mean the climate device is following some kind of schedule or maybe other automatic mode. The integration supporting your device is what defines the HVAC modes supported and therefore what icons appear on the thermostat card.
