Thermostat via SmartThings not setable

I have three different homes that presently have SmartThings as the ZWave / ZigBee hub. All three of these systems are integrated into my Home Assistant instance that I’m using to drive the majority of my automation.

I recently put in some CT101 Radio Thermostats into all of the locations, got them hooked up to SmartThings and after a restart of Home Assistant everything showed up and was fully controllable.

My issue, and I can’t seem to find any logs as to what is going wrong here, is that in one of them homes, about 3 weeks ago, the thermostat stopped being controllable from Home Assistant. I can see the current temperature and the status of the HVAC and that’s it.

If I pull the thermostat up in SmartThings I’ve got access to full control of the device.

My other locations are having no problems, and I’ve got full control of them from Home Assistant.

So… my question is, how do I troubleshoot this / fix the problem? Everything else from that SmarThings hub seems to be working correctly in Home Assistant!

Just for anyone else that may run into this. I eventually just needed to disassociate the Thermostat from my SmartThings controller, re-associate it, and then restart Home Assistant to get it to start working properly again.
