Interested in this and linking it to HA but it looks as if it is BT rather than Wi-Fi. But that it still uses Tuya.
How do I bridge the difference in communication methods BT and Wi-Fi?
@newbuilder22 did you get anywhere with this? I’m hoping to use the same unit with Home Assistant, don’t mind doing a bit of coding to get it working if necessary, but it’d be helpful to know if there are any existing integrations that work or if you found any blocking problems.
For anyone finding this later, the unit is manufactured by PHNIX as part of their SuperMini line, and uses the Aqua Temp app.
Haven’t set up or tested any integrations yet, but there’s a decent amount more info to find using those search terms so I’ve got fairly high hopes it’ll be doable.
There are also control board schematics in the manual, with simple connections for temperature, flow, and mode settings, so worst case it looks like dropping an ESP32 in there is a viable fallback option.

I’ve just got one of these units too and am looking to integrate into HA. I will see if I make any progress too, and report back here.

I’ve just got one of these, it has a PDF on their website showing the bluetooth “wire controller” connection, can’t find any info on the NET protocol though
I did some testing. Managed to sniff the Bluetooth with nRF and managed to get an esp32 to connect.
Can’t seem to get the right packets. It sends the same packet on any press in the app and then only returns a status every 5 minutes even if a change occurs in the app.
I’ll leave it to someone more au fait with deciphering Bluetooth. I tried AI but it didn’t resolve it.
Anyone wanting to try an esp32, it needs to be right next to the heat pump, like less than half a metre. My phone only connects within a couple of metres too
