With that price you could more or less cover the house with them.

Stacey on IoT covers this sensor and the company in thier recent podcast. It’s a good listen. They cover this device, and a few others and the general design philosophy and use cases they’re going for.
(think micro, targeted TinyML deployments, in this case is enough to be able to ID a short list of known people… Without Internet connection…)
I could see this as a replacement of PIR/mmWave sensors.
Would be very interesting to see what this could do together with an ESP.
