Tile device tracker wrong location

Hello,

I’m facing an issue with the Tile integration (small tracking devices to find key/wallet).
I setup the Tile integration via the graphic interface (just added the integration and connected to my Tile account).
The only problem that I now have is that my Tile trackers are not located correctly.
If I start the Tile app on my android phone, the location is displayed correctly but in home assistant on the map the location is not the same and seems quite outdated (for instance I was driving to my home, in Tile I see devices at home but in home assistant I’m still seeing them on the highway to my home). Waiting for a position update does not seems to solve the problem.

Anybody has an idea what could go wrong or what I could do yo solve that issue ?

The integration is cloud polling, with an update frequency of 2 minutes. Meaning the data is only received from tile every 2 minutes. It does not update instantly.

Thank you for your answer, I’ll see if it happens again in the future. Because I waiting for like 15 minutes without received any update (when the position was correct in the app). Again thank you for pointing me that cloud polling. Wish you a nice day.
