Can someone recommend a wifi or Zigbee (ConBee II / deCONZ) tilt sensor for garage doors? I picked up a SmartThings GP-U999SJVLAAA multipurpose sensor, which purports to have a tilt sensor, but I don’t see any tilt data in deCONZ or HA. Thanks in advance!
Not sure how you will use it though but it works fine with deconz conbeeII
I have returned this particular device from Aqara twice thinking it was something wrong with the first one. However, after tapping the raw ZHA data that I use to troubleshoot other Aqara devices, I can clearly see 90%+ of ZHA data from the “Tilt” (among “Drop” and “vibration_strength”) ZHA action are either never seen, or dropped before they are sent. Highly do not recommend this device but do recommend all of the other Aqara devices.
